A whole lot easier.

The point being– the misfortune and divinity. Oh, and that soul-draining part is rather poignant, as well. It fits with a lot of present-day survival techniques, doesn it? (He’s a good wordsmith, and not a bad philosopher. There is a brightness, not necessitating the imagination, even as he addresses the true, darkest moments.)
